LKN Process Consulting was founded to bring real, hands-on process improvement and engineering expertise to small and mid-sized businesses that typically don’t have access to it.

I have over 10 years of experience in Process, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement Engineering, working inside multimillion-dollar organizations to improve how work actually gets done. My background isn’t theoretical, it’s rooted in real operations, on the floor and in the process.

I’ve helped organizations reduce inefficiencies, standardize work, improve quality, and design workflows that scale. From manufacturing and warehouse environments to support and administrative processes, my focus has always been the same: make work easier, faster, and more reliable.

After seeing how often small businesses struggle with undocumented processes, rework, and constant firefighting, I started LKN Process Consulting to offer practical, affordable process improvement, all without enterprise consulting prices.
